MPC Renaissance!

Akai is releasing a slew of new products in 2012, promising to "change the game all over again." The first of which is the MPC Renaissance. A badass music production controller that fuses "Akai Professional’s legendary MPC layout and workflow with the power of your computer... The new flagship is a fully integrated hardware/software system: MPC Renaissance allows you to create using classic hardware controls and an integrated pop-up display, while it’s exclusive MPC Software empowers you with unprecedented, expandable production capabilities on your Mac or PC." The "vintage" mode looks particularly enticing on Renaissance, with it's ability to "change output sound character to MPC3000, MPC60 and more!" In the next two weeks Akai will be releasing info on their other two new products, the first is called MPC Studio, a slimline version of Renaissnace, which will be unveiled a week from today. The other product is dubbed MPC Fly and is a music production controller for the iPad! MPC Fly will be showcased on the first day of NAMM. Check out MPC Renaissance:
